The weather has been warming up a bit and the days are getting longer. Time to drag my lazy butt back out and start running. My last run was November 18th.
I went out for a little 3 miler today. I felt ok, but I need to take it slow and build up some base miles. Now I have to figure out a goal for this year. I missed my Boston Marathon qualifier last year, but I'm not sure I want to train for the long miles again. Perhaps this year I could shoot for some faster 10ks and 10 milers.
I know myself though. Without a good goal, I lose focus and my little brain wanders.
