This afternoon, right outside Mark and John's bedroom windows, we have this scruffy looking moose. He's clearly in the middle of shedding his winter coat, so he looks like he is diseased.

Guest aware moose
How do the moose know when our company leaves? I can't tell you how many times we have people staying with us and the only wildlife they see is Jasper. Then, the moment they leave, it's like a zoo around here.
This afternoon, right outside Mark and John's bedroom windows, we have this scruffy looking moose. He's clearly in the middle of shedding his winter coat, so he looks like he is diseased.
As he pruned back our Gambel Oaks and Aspens, he was quite content to let me grab some photos.
I still think it is rude that he chose not to do this a day or two earlier.
