Revenge of the turkeys

After gorging on turkey, stuffing and so many other things yesterday, I had to go to CrossFit to try and burn some of it off.  Here is my scaled down workout.
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Deadlifts  with 205 pounds
  • 25 Box Jumps on a 30 inch box
  • 50 Pull-ups
  • 100 Wall Balls with a 20 pound ball
  • 500 Jump Ropes
  • Run 400 meters carrying a 45 pound plate 
I think I will be hurting tomorrow.
