Back at the end of July, I posted here about a program to get to 100 push ups in 6 weeks. OK. I am now six weeks into it and I appear to be on the push up short bus. I do feel a difference, especially in my ability to do multiple sets, but my count has "soared" from 20 to 32. I feel like the government, taking three times as long to deliver half what was promised.
Oh well, at least I am doing five sets of push ups every other day. That has to count for something.
