Progress on all fronts

Good news this week:

  1. I suddenly figured some things out in my rowing adventures and I now look and feel a lot more like a real rower.  I still have a long way to go but I saw some huge improvement. I am now measuring my workout distance in miles instead of feet or inches.
  2. My weight loss is going as planned.  Not too fast (lose muscle).  Not too slow (too slow).  Just right.  Now I just need to remember this for the next four or five weeks.  I have the attention span of a
  3. My half marathon training is moving along exactly as planned.  By that, I mean I haven't done a single mile of running or even jogging.  Excellent!
This weekend is the Park City Arts Festival and the weather should be spectacular.  Yeah!
