- I suddenly figured some things out in my rowing adventures and I now look and feel a lot more like a real rower. I still have a long way to go but I saw some huge improvement. I am now measuring my workout distance in miles instead of feet or inches.

- My half marathon training is moving along exactly as planned. By that, I mean I haven't done a single mile of running or even jogging. Excellent!
This weekend is the Park City Arts Festival and the weather should be spectacular. Yeah!
